Top Chef Season 5 Tonight!

Real pumped, the chefs are unleashed in the Big Apple.  The first episode is always one of my favorites, you start the new season, see Padma again, and get to watch by far the least qualified chef get booted off the show.  Sometimes I wonder if they try to pick someone who's horribly unqualified to save a real chef from the embarrassment, or just as a joke.  Can't wait to see the McDonalds line cook they kick off tonight!
